HUGE rewards bold, creative videos, not dangerous ones. These Community Guidelines apply across the Platform and to all uses of the Services, including videos, Challenges, comments, profiles, and messages.

When reviewing Content, we consider what it promotes, not merely what it depicts. Documentary, educational, critical, fictional, or clearly staged Content may be treated differently from Content that celebrates harmful conduct. We judge the Content itself, not a creator’s appearance, clothing, identity, or popularity. If the context is genuinely unclear, we will take that uncertainty into account.

If you engage in any prohibited behavior or prohibited activity using our Services, we reserve our right to immediately terminate your Account, permanently revoke your access to the Services and report you to the appropriate authorities.

Do not post, encourage, or create Challenges involving:

• Conduct likely to cause serious injury or property damage
• Dangerous instructions or activities requiring professional supervision
• Crimes performed or filmed for entertainment
• Activities involving people who have not agreed to participate

Practiced skills, appropriate safety equipment, controlled environments, and clearly staged effects may be permitted. HUGE may restrict certain Challenge categories if we cannot moderate them safely.

HUGE does not allow graphic depictions of real-world violence presented for shock or approval, credible threats against real people, real assault or abuse, animal cruelty, or Content that promotes or teaches criminal conduct or abusive behavior.

Content involving exploitation, abuse, coercion, or other serious unlawful conduct may be removed immediately.

HUGE is an 18+ platform, and there is zero tolerance for content that sexualizes, exploits, grooms or endangers anyone under 18 — in video, comments or messages — including coaxing a minor into contact or into sharing personal details. It is removed, the account is terminated on the spot with no strike ladder, and we report it to the authorities. If you see it, report it immediately.

What gets pulled: explicit nudity, sexual acts real or simulated, and content that exists to arouse. What does not: dancing of every style — twerking included — fitness and gymnastics, swimwear and fashion, shirtless torsos, kissing and affection. Bodies are not violations; HUGE does not punish a creator for how they look or dress.

Two lines nobody crosses: intimate images of a real person shared — or threatened — without their consent, and sexual comments or advances aimed at someone who did not invite them. Both end accounts.

Content that encourages, instructs, glorifies or romanticizes suicide or self-harm gets pulled, and so does content promoting disordered eating. Recovery stories, awareness, grief and honest talk about mental health are welcome — that is the opposite of the problem. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to a local crisis line or emergency services; a challenge can wait.

Do not post Content that is obscene, degrading, or created primarily to shock, disgust, or seriously offend viewers. Artistic, documentary, educational, comedic, fictional, or newsworthy Content may be permitted where the context is clear and the Content does not promote harm, exploitation, or unlawful conduct.

Do not attack or dehumanize people based on protected characteristics, encourage discrimination or violence, organize sustained harassment, or target an identifiable person with unwanted abuse.

Do not post another person’s private information, film someone in a private setting without permission, or use HUGE to intimidate, threaten, or pressure another person.

Criticism of ideas, organizations, institutions, and public figures may be permitted. Satire, parody, reclaimed language, and friendly roasting may also be permitted where the context makes clear that they are not being used to threaten, demean, or harass someone.

Do not use HUGE to spread false or misleading claims about health, safety, elections, emergencies, or similar matters. Opinions, satire, parody, and obvious jokes are generally permitted when they are clearly presented as such.

Scams are prohibited, including:

• Fake giveaways or rewards
• Phishing or attempts to obtain Account credentials
• Counterfeit sales
• Guaranteed-return or similar fraudulent schemes
• Challenges offering prizes that the creator does not intend to deliver
• Impersonating a real person, organization, or brand
• Spam, purchased followers, bots, or misleading Challenges

If Content is sponsored or you received payment, free products, or another benefit for posting it, you must disclose that relationship clearly.

Do not use HUGE to sell, source, promote, or provide instructions involving illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, illegal gambling, hacking, credential theft, malware, or similar harmful or unlawful activity.

Content that facilitates serious harm or illegal conduct may result in immediate Account termination.

AI-generated and edited Content is welcome as a creative tool. However, you may not use AI or editing tools to:

• Present a fabricated event as real in a way that may harm or deceive people
• Falsely place words or actions in the mouth of a real person
• Impersonate, defraud, threaten, or harass someone
• Create unlawful or non-consensual Content involving a real person

Clearly fictional, comedic, or artistic Content is generally permitted where viewers are unlikely to mistake it for a real event.

Upload Content you created or have permission to use. Reposting another person’s video, whether from HUGE or another platform, does not qualify as an original Challenge Entry and may be removed at the rights holder’s request.

You must have the necessary rights to any music, footage, images, or other material included in your Content. Sounds made available through HUGE’s sound library may be used as permitted within the platform and will remain credited to their creators. Rights holders may submit takedown requests under the Terms of Service and repeat infringers may lose their Accounts.

Unless a Challenge states otherwise:

• Each person may submit only one video per Challenge.
• A person who enters a Challenge may not vote in that Challenge.
• You may not create additional Accounts to submit extra entries, obtain additional votes, or avoid an Account restriction.
• You may not buy, sell, exchange, coordinate, automate, or manipulate votes.
• You may not organize a group to vote as a bloc or use bots or other artificial means to influence results.
• You may not return under a new Account after being suspended or banned.

Entries or votes obtained through manipulation may be removed. The User may also lose related HP, Challenge eligibility, or access to the Platform.

Uploaded videos may be reviewed automatically when processed. User-created Challenges may also be reviewed by the HUGE team before they go live. Content flagged by our systems or reported by Users may receive additional human review, with reports concerning active Challenges prioritized when appropriate.

Depending on the nature, severity, context, and intent of the violation, HUGE may:

• Reduce the Content’s recommendation reach
• Restrict access to certain features
• Reject or remove a Challenge or Entry
• Remove Content
• Issue a warning or strike
• Suspend or permanently terminate an Account
• Remove HP, votes, rewards, or leaderboard placement
• Restrict a User’s ability to create future Challenges
• Report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities

Ordinarily, enforcement may follow this progression:

• First violation: warning
• Second violation: final warning
• Third violation: 7-day suspension
• Fourth violation: 30-day suspension
• Fifth violation: permanent ban

Strikes do not expire. The most serious violations, including credible threats, serious exploitation, fraud, and severe privacy violations, may bypass this progression and result in immediate termination.

Removing an Entry also removes it from the applicable leaderboard and may result in forfeiture of related HP, rewards, or prizes.

Every video, Challenge, comment, profile, and message includes a reporting option. When submitting a report, identify the Content and briefly explain the concern.

Reports are anonymous, and the reported user will not be told who submitted the report. Knowingly submitting false or abusive reports to harm another user or manipulate a Challenge is itself a violation.

We may update these Community Guidelines as the Services and our safety practices evolve. We will update the “Last updated” date above and provide any notice required by applicable law.

You may appeal a Content removal, strike, suspension, or other enforcement decision by contacting safety@huge.tv and identifying the relevant Challenge, Content, and account.

Appeals will be reviewed by a different human reviewer. If HUGE determines that an Entry was removed incorrectly, it may restore the Entry or associated HP where reasonably possible. If the applicable Challenge has already ended, HUGE may restore the HP even if the Entry can no longer be returned to the leaderboard.
